Lyrics like, “I like my baby hair, with baby hair and Afros / I like my Negro nose with Jackson Five nostrils” go along with imagery of Southern belle realness, amazing hair and fashion...basically, there’s no reason why every Black woman shouldn’t be obsessed with this video.

Black is as beautiful as ever here. Wolford tights and jewelry from Fallon and Dylan Lex are the only new additions to this otherwise vintage ensemble. And we are pretty much ready to see Bey lovers by the dozens sport these extra-long pigtail braids, and we don’t mind it one bit.
