Kelly Rowland is very motivated these days. The singer is enjoying a successful solo career with her new single "Motivation," featuring Lil Wayne, off her upcoming third album. But that doesn't mean she's too busy to consider a relationship. In a recent interview with Angie Martinez on New York's Hot 97 radio station, she spoke about her willingness to be involved with someone.

“I am ready to be boo’d up. I like romance,” she said. Rowland even talked about her tendency to flirt, although the fellas shouldn't take it to be anything more than that. “I’m a flirt. I’ll get somewhere and we’ll flirt in a heartbeat, and if you slide me your number, I’ll probably just look at it. He's probably gon’ be frustrated.”
