Today’s political climate is as vigorous as ever especially when it comes to campaigning for president.

Killer Mike, who campaigned alongside Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders during his bid for the Democratic nomination, was recently asked whose ballot he would punch for president now that Sanders is out. He says he isn’t sure yet, but followed up with some pretty interesting statements.

"If you're voting for Trump or Hillary Clinton, you're voting for the same thing," he told a TMZ reporter in an airport. "We had one candidate this year – who had a strong chance of winning – who was anti-growing war, and that was Sanders, and we didn't vote him in, so we're getting what we asked for.”

Killer Mike then continued by explaining the other options people have to vote for for commander in chief. He believes third party candidates are your only go-to if you want any real change.

"We're asking for more war,” he said. “And if you don't want any war, you'd be voting Jill Stein. If you want less government and war, you'd be voting Gary Johnson. But if you're voting for Trump or Hillary Clinton, you're voting for the same thing."
