Wiz Khalifa Celebrates Rolling Papers Gold Certification
The "Black and Yellow" rapper toasts to 500,000 sold.
Wiz Khalifa's major label debut album Rolling Papers recently reached 500,000 copies sold. The young Pittsburgh representer celebrated the milestone with a plaque presentation at the Atlantic Records offices. The label filled the room with black and yellow balloons.
The celebration came just a day after he performed alongside Detroit rapper Big Sean in New York City's rain-soaked Central Park last night [July 25].
Rolling Papers was released this past March and spawned the platinum-selling singles "Black and Yellow" and "Roll Up."
