Lindsay Lohan's latest attempt to clean up her image has her heading to court to keep her name out of a current hit song.
The young actress is taking rapper Pitbull and songwriters Ne-Yo and Afrojack to court for a line in the hit single "Give Me Everything" in which Pit raps "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein, keep flowin'/I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
According to TMZ, Lindsay claims in her suit that "the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."
Lilo is also upset because, as she also claims in the suit, the use of her name "causes [her] to be associated and identified in connection with defendants." Her lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, is seeking an injunction to stop the song from being broadcast and seeks an unspecified amount in damages.

Pitbull and his camp have yet to make a statement on the matter.
