Amber Rose is putting messy rumors that she is dating Chris Rock to rest.

In December 2023, the social media influencer and the "Dolemite Is My Name" star were spotted in the Big Apple. While speaking to Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday (April 10), Rose clarified the dating speculation and explained they are nothing more than platonic friends.

While both are single, Rose asserted that nothing is going on between them.

"It was not [a date]," she told the outlet about their outing in NYC. "I've been friends with Chris Rock for, like, 13 years… We met for coffee. We talked some crap to each other. He made me laugh because he's hilarious. And that's our friendship. Just friendship."

While both are single, Rose pointed out the lack of PDA between her and the comedian when they were captured, which she believes is a clear indication that nothing is blooming between them.

"We were not holding hands, and we were obviously very separate. It just becomes unfair sometimes," she explained.
