Chance the Rapper just gave Santa some serious competition for the holidays!

Christmas came early this year for attendees of Chance’s monthly OpenMike event. With the help of Nike, the philanthropic rapper gifted each attendee with a pair of Jordan Retro 11s.

The lucky attendees were able to snag the $220 rare kicks days before their December 9 release. How awesome is that? Recipients of the gifted sneakers quickly jumped on Twitter to express their gratitude!

Chance continues to give back to his community, first announcing his plans to donate $1 million to Chicago schools then donating his Grammy Awards to a museum in his hometown. Now to wrap the year up, he made 300 young people very happy with some priceless sneakers! Giving in style!
