You really can get everything at Target: In a move tied to the release of her latest album, 4, which just hit number one of the Billboard 200 chart, Beyoncé appeared at a Target store in East Harlem, the New York Post reports. She was there to surprise a group of kids from the local YMCA and Boys and Girls Club. They were dancing to her song “Countdown” when she popped up behind them on stage. Pandemonium ensued.
