Tulsa Shootings Appear to Be Racially Motivated - Authorities in Tulsa, Oklahoma, have charged Jake England (left), 19, and Alvin Watts, 32, with three counts of first-degree murder for a shooting rampage targeting African-Americans that left three Black men dead and two others wounded last week.
