Here's When And Where Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Will Marry
The distant tinkling of wedding bells is only strengthening with Monday's news that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are officially engaged! We're really about to have a Black princess, y'all!
In the time since the couple's joyous announcement earlier this week, details have come forward about the whereabouts of the couple's wedding. And luckily, we won't have to wait all that long to see Meghan with a tiara on her head!
In a mere six months, the couple will wed in the English countryside. This will not be a Diana/Charles or Kate/William sitch. Both couples were wed in a huge ceremonies right in London. For the future Mr. and Mrs. Windsor, the nuptials location will instead be at Windsor Castle, one of the Royal family's estates in the English countryside. The wedding itself will occur at the historic St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in May 2018.
During the nuptials, Meghan will be named Duchess of Sussex. Contrary to our insistence on calling her a Black princess, she will not technically be a princess in the eyes of the British monarchy. We will, however, continue to call her a Black princess. Sorry 'bout it!!!
We cannot wait to see what her gown will look like.
