We’re back with some more exciting news!

Earlier this year, we announced that Hit the Floor would be coming to BET this fall. If an all-women’s writing room wasn’t compelling enough, you’ll be thrilled to discover that the sexy-drama series has just announced a new cast member. Her name? The very sultry Teyana Taylor! If you didn’t already know, the internet went crazy over her solo dance performance in Kanye West's 2017 "Fade" video. Honestly, talk about body goals. Teyana has got it all going on. She’s been giving us life all of 2017 and we can’t wait to see what kind of competition she’s going to bring to our TV screens in 2018! Hmm, does this mean the Devil Girls have some serious competition to worry about?

We’ll be sure to find out because many of our favorite cast members will be returning to the show for the all new season next year! Sloane (played by Kimberly Elise), a former Devil Girl who is familiar with some serious back-stabbing squad drama, will be back to bring all the shade! Hit the Floor’s resident heartthrob Derek Roman (played by McKinley Freeman), also seen in Daytime Divas, is returning to the show as our favorite basketball playboy to stir up some more relationship drama. Were you #TeamDerek last season? Last but not least, other returning all-stars include Katherine Bailess as Kyle Hart, Jodie Lyn O’Keefe as Lionel Davenport, Brent Antonello as Jude Kincade and Dean Cain as Pete Davenport!
