The hilarity returns to BET!
After several years off the air, BET has revived its beloved comedy franchise for another round of laughter sure to deliver the goods. Comic View returns for a new season complete with new, up-and-coming comedians.
Comic View started in 1992 as a nationally broadcast platform for comedians from across the country to perform their funniest routines. Considered a major stepping stone for jokesters everywhere, entertainers such as Rickey Smiley, J.B. Smoove, Lavell Crawford and Michael Blackson have appeared early on in their careers. Top name talent such as Kevin Hart and Cedric the Entertainer have also hosted the show before achieving their mainstream presence.
Hosted by veteran comedienne Sommore, the latest incarnation of the series gives viewers a taste of the comedic talent from all over the country. Tune in on May 6 at 10P/9C for the series premiere!
