Odd Man Out
It's no fun being a hip hop pariah.

Odd Man Out - Rappers have always found strength in numbers. Someone's got to be your hypeman, hold your contraband, or, if they're lucky, be signed to your vanity label. That's why crews have been an integral part of hip hop culture since the beginning. A rapper without a crew is an orphan in a cold, cold industry. That's why everyone held their breath when Pill started tweeting recklessly about his crew, Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group, last week, complaining about his lack of exposure. Would Rawse respond by kicking the promising ATL MC to the curb? We hope not—Pill certainly doesn't want to end up like other music exiles. Young Buck - Few rap pariahs have caught it worse than Young Buck. After building rumors of tension among G Unit, 50 Cent not only excommunicated the Nashville MC in 2008, he also leaked a recorded phone call of Buck apologizing tearfully. (Photo: Ethan Miller/Getty Images)

Game - Buck was just following in the footsteps of another G Unit reject, Game. Fif kicked out the Compton firebrand for alleged "disloyalty" in 2005. A shooting, an awkward press conference and years of diss tracks and simmering beef followed, but Game has managed to stay relevant on his own. (Photo: Scott Gries/Getty Images)

Cuban Link - Cuban Link wasn't as lucky as Game. The details are unclear, but around the time he was kicked out of Fat Joe's Terror Squad, Link's face was slashed in a 2001 nightclub altercation involving Joe and other TS members. (Photo: Scott Wintrow/Getty Images)

J-Hood - J-Hood bounced from The Lox's D-Block of his own accord in 2007, but it wasn't pretty: Diss tracks, angry interviews and a Youtube clip of J dragging his D-Block chain on the ground surfaced in the days, weeks and months to follow. (Photo: Johnny Nunez/WireImage)
