Two Officers on Scene When Dubose Was Shot Will Not Be Charged - Two police officers who were present at the scene when Ray Tensing shot Samuel Dubose to death will not be charged, the Guardian reports. In footage taken by the body cam, Phillip Kidd can be heard saying he saw Tensing being dragged after Dubose pulled off in his vehicle, which Prosecutor Joseph Deters said was a lie. Six People Arrested at Sam DuBose Rally - What began as a peaceful protest in honor of Sam DuBose who was shot and killed by an ex-University of Cincinnati police office last week, ended with six individuals arrested. According to Cincinatti.com, a prayer and candlelight vigil called "Light Up the Night for Sam DuBose," held on the steps of the Hamilton County Courthouse, turned ugly as demonstrators marched through downtown to Fountain Square where they met tensions with police officers.
