Moving With Michelle - First Lady Michelle Obama accomplished more on Monday than many people do in a week. She hit the campaign trail, teamed up with Olympic athletes, published an article and led women around the nation to revise their workout playlists. In between, she delivered an inspirational speech to North Carolina A&T’s newly minted graduates and was tapped to appear on Food Network’s Restaurant Impossible. Restaurant Critic - First Lady Michelle Obama is taking her “Let’s Move!” initiative to the small screen. On June 13, Obama will appear in an episode of the Food Network’s Restaurant Impossible, during which she will evaluate how well celebrity chef Robert Irvine has revamped the menu and environment at the Horton’s Kids children's center in Washington, D.C. Irvine has two days to create a dining room, build a spacious kitchen and plant a garden in which the center will grow its own fruits and vegetables before the first lady turns up to give it her stamp of approval. On the Trail - Michelle Obama spoke at a campaign fundraiser on Monday for which tickets cost between $250 and $5,000. The first lady told attendees her husband needs four more years. "We cannot turn back now," she said. "We need to keep moving forward. That's what we are working for — the chance to finish what we started."(Photo: AP Photo/Jim R. Bounds)

Reaching for the Gold - The FLOTUS announced a partnership with the U.S. Olympic Committee and 10 sports federations to get 1.7 million children to commit to participating in beginner level Olympic sports in their communities. "This summer, my hope is that together with our children we can support Team USA not just by cheering them on but by striving to live up to the example they have set," she said, standing alongside athletes who will compete in the Olympic Summer Games in London.(Photo: Brandon Wade/Getty Images)

Your Bodies, Your Health - In an article the first lady penned for Women’s Health magazine, she urged women to stop making excuses and get routine physicals and screenings and to work out regularly so they can live long, healthy lives. “I try to work out most mornings with cardio and weights. I also add yoga into my routine when I can, because as I get older I know it's essential for my flexibility and mobility,” Obama wrote. “I want to be as healthy at 75 as I am now — so I keep on setting, and pushing myself toward, new goals.” (Photo: Courtesy Women's Health Magazine)
