Chris Brown - After years of trouble with the law, Breezy was finally convicted and sentenced to jail time for a probation violation related to his conviction in the Rihanna domestic abuse case. Brown was released early from an LA county jail on June 2 after serving 108 days. Of his time behind bars, Brown said, "At the end of the day, it's just a humbling experience. You’re more appreciative of everything else that's on the outside. A burger tastes 1,000 times better when you're out." (Photo: Kevork Djansezian/Getty Images)

Dennis Rodman - After making inflamatory statements about US-North Korea relations and appearing intoxicated on CNN, the former NBA star entered rehab for alcoholism in January. After 30 days sober, Rodman was back in the public eye and declared he is not an alcoholic, but rather went to rehab to re-evaluate his life. "I needed to decompress from all the things I was going through," Rodman said. "I was trying to get this game going and get everything going in North Korea. It was a lot." Kesha - Kesha sought treatment for an eating disorder in January, saying in a statement that she would be "unavailable for the next 30 days." She returned to the red carpet for the first time on March 29, looking happy and healthy and ready to talk about her ordeal. "The music industry has set unrealistic expectations for what a body is supposed to look like, and I started becoming overly critical of my own body because of that," she said. "I felt like people were always lurking, trying to take pictures of me with the intention of putting them up online or printing them in magazines and making me look terrible." Later, Kesha sued her mentor/producer Dr. Luke with claims that his emotional abuse was partly responsible for driving her to an eating disorder. (Photo: Kevin Winter/Getty Images)

Selena Gomez - In March, the pop star revealed that she had spent two weeks in an Arizona rehabilitation center in January to gain some "much-needed rest and clarity." Her team was quick to clarify that her stint in rehab had nothing to do with substance abuse, though it's hard not to wonder if her boyfriend Justin Bieber's hard partying influence had something to do with it. Apollo Nida - The Real Housewives of Atlanta star turned himself in to police in early September to begin an eight-year sentence for bank fraud and identity theft — but not before he made a detour to his estranged wife Phaedra Parks' house for one last camera-ready fight, which we will see on this season's Real Housewives of Atlanta. Wiz Khalifa - The rapper was jailed in El Paso, Texas in May after he — what else? — was caught attempting to take marijuana on an airplane. But that's not the worst of it. Khalifa managed to post a selfie while behind bars, a move that triggered an investigation into jail security. A fresh warrant for Khalifa's arrest was issued in August after he failed to appear in court.(Photo: Maury Phillips/WireImage)

Judge Joe Brown - Judge Joe Brown got a taste of what it's like on the other side of the bench this past March, when the former reality star was arrested and sentenced to five days in jail for throwing a fit in a Memphis, Tennessee, courtroom. Brown reportedly snapped when his child custody hearing wasn't on the court's afternoon docket, and declined several offers by the judge to calm down. (Photo: Scott Audette/Landov/Reuters)

Porsha Williams - The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was arrested for battery this past April after her on-camera melee against Kenya Moore, but has the last laugh when her super-glam mug shot, not the altercation, was all anyone could talk about the following day. Keyshia Cole - Keyshia reportedly had a rude awakening when she dropped by unannounced at her boyfriend Birdman's condo this past September. The singer allegedly found a strange woman at the Cash Money CEO's crib and attacked the woman, leaving scratches on her face. The Grammy winner was arrested for assault and held on $46,000 bail. Columbus Short - The former Scandal star has spent more time in court this year than the district attorney. Short was arrested a handful of times: in March for assault and battery, when he sucker punched a man at a Los Angeles bar, two months later in Dallas for harrassing a security guard, and again in August for skipping town for Barbados instead of attending his family court hearings. Since he doesn't have Olivia Pope on speed-dial anymore, we don't know how he's going to clean up his record.(Photo: David Buchan/Getty Images)

Katt Williams - The only person who has been arrested more times this year than Columbus Short is Williams, who has been cuffed for everything from reckless driving, attempting to run someone over with an SUV, brandishing a gun at a comedy club and assaulting a female paparazzo with Suge Knight. Somehow, he's managed to avoid jail time despite his outlaw behavior. (Photo: JLN Photography/WENN.com)

Ray J - The attention-seeking reality star was busted at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel back in March for allegedly grabbing a woman's breast, and then getting into a violent altercation with arresting officers. He reportedly kicked out the window of a patrol car and spit on an officer. Amazingly, most of the charges against Ray were dropped, and he was sentenced only to three years' probation, 50 hours of community service, 12 anger management counseling sessions and 12 alcohol therapy sessions. Tyler, the Creator - The Odd Future rapper was arrested in Austin this past March after he allegedly incited a riot at the SXSW Music Festival. Tyler reportedly asked fans to "force themselves past venue employees controlling access at the venue which was already at full capacity," according to Austin PD. He was released on bond the following day. (Photo: AP Photo/Austin Police Department)

Suge Knight - As if winding up in critical care following a shootout at a VMAs pre-party wasn't bad enough, Suge Knight capped off a challenging year by getting himself arrested in November, along with Katt Williams, for assaulting a female photographer and stealing her camera. The rapper faces life in prison for the crime due to his long list of priors. (Photo: Winston Burris/WENN.com)
