Adrian Peterson 'Still Uneasy' About Return to Vikings - The Minnesota Vikings are reportedly trying to re-introduce Adrian Peterson to their team fold, but the star running back told ESPN that he's "still uneasy" about returning to the organization for this season. Baseball to Implement Pace-of-Play Rules - On Friday, Major League Baseball is scheduled to announce three new pace-of-play rules designed to speed up the game. According to a Fox Sports report, the new pace-of-play rules will include a swift return to play following commercial breaks, hitters keeping at least one foot in the batter's box and managers remaining in the dugout for replay challenges. The MLB is hopeful that the introduction of these policies speed up the average length of games, which was three hours and two minutes last season compared to two hours and 33 minutes back in 1981. Report: Patriots Employee Gave Unapproved Ball to Official - The "Deflate Gate" scandal is far from over. ESPN's Outside the Lines is reporting that a New England Patriots employee gave an unapproved football to an official during the AFC title game. The official reportedly became suspicious of the football, which didn't have the proper markings on it.
