Locked Up: Rappers Behind Bars - Welcome home Chi Ali and Turk. With more and more rappers getting arrested for shockingly serious crimes (here's looking at you, Gunplay), it's nice to see two MCs going in the opposite direction. The Bronx's Chi Ali was released last month after a 12-year bid for murder; Turk returned home on Monday (Oct. 15) after serving nine years for weapons charges. But there are still lots of other rappers behind bars. Some are coming home somewhat soon; some may never see the light of day again.
