Researchers Rethink Inner City Asthma Theories - Does living in the inner city raise one’s risk for asthma? Maybe not, says a recent report. Researchers found a 2 percent difference between the inner city and the suburbs/rural area, but when they looked at race and income, the asthma disparities were steeper.
