A soundtrack to take action.

Charged Up, by Williams - When Jesse Williams went up to receive his BET Humanitarian Award at last night's 2016 BET Awards, no one was expecting his speech to be one of the biggest sound-offs we've heard in relation to police brutality and equal rights. He delivered lines like, "[All] of us in here getting money — that alone isn't gonna stop this," and "Now, freedom is always coming in the hereafter, but you know what, though, the hereafter is a hustle. We want it now," with equal parts of poignancy and hope. Catch the entire speech here and listen to the #StayWoke playlist inspired by it. – Jon Reyes(Photo: Kevin Winter/BET/Getty Images for BET)
