10 Music Stars That Are Right For The X Factor - So after one so-so season Britney Spears is quitting The X Factor. The pop superstar is leaving her role on the judge’s panel (and a hefty $15 million salary) to get back to making music. That leaves producers of the popular talent show kicking off their own talent search for replacements for Spears and fellow judge L.A. Reid, who is also saying adios. Well, you know BET.com is always there to lend a helping hand in crisis. The way we see it, there’s a ton of viable candidates who could fill the two vacancies. Justin Bieber - The simple math says: you lose one universally famous pop star and replace it with another. That’s elementary, but what Justin Bieber and his legion of followers bring to the equation is an evolving teen star that’s ready to leave his clean-cut image behind. Why not have Biebz come to The X Factor to help find his future replacement in the teeny-pop world?(photo: John Ricard / BET)

Azealia Banks - The Harlem rapper is one chart-topping debut album and six ubiquitous hits away from being hip hop’s next Nicki Minaj. But, until Azealia Banks can muster up the requisite music accolades to become a household name, a spot on The X Factor judges’ panel would suit her fine. We all know she’s not light on opinions and sass, introduce that to Simon Cowell’s snobbish approach and Demi Lovato’s catty critiques and there could be some real fireworks there.(Photo: Frazer Harrison/Getty Images for HTC)

Diddy - If X Factor producers need a well-dressed, articulate, business man, with a keen eye for superstar talent, like L.A. Reid, well then Diddy is their man. Not only would he be a brilliant mentor for many of the show’s upstart talent, but he would offer a charismatic personality never before seen in a X Factor judge.(Photo: Frederick M. 50 Cent - Let’s face it; The X Factor is light on street cred. Why not reach out to the "In Da Club" rapper to boost the viewership in hip hop households. A past performer on the show, 50 Cent already knows his way around the X Factor stage.(Photo: CPA, PacificCoastNews.com)
