Young Money Entertainment Endorsement Deals

These YMCMB ventures are bringing in the cash money.

Drake x Sprite - Before Drake’s debut album dropped, he was already a hot commodity, projected to be the face of a new era of hip hop. The Toronto rapper signed a deal with Sprite to be the face of Spark, aimed to give teens a platform to express their creativity through music and film. He appeared in a series of commercials, which debuted during the 2010 Super Bowl and featured him performing his hit song "Forever." The deal was Drizzy's first worldwide endorsement.(Photo: Sprite)
Nicki x Myx - Nicki Minaj was already in the mix when she launched her Myx fruit-infused Moscato beverages in 2011. With two albums under her belt, a budding fragrance collection, a clothing line and a host of other business ventures, teaming up with television producer Mona Scott-Young for Myx was just another notch in her belt. Nicki x Pepsi - Nicki Minaj's brand continued to expand all the way to Pepsi Co. The "Pills and Potions" singer signed a reported seven-figure promotional deal with Pepsi in 2012. The agreement led Nicki to appear in commercials and Internet advertisements featuring her "Moment 4 Life" track. However, the deal ended when Nicki signed on as a judge for American Idol, mainly because Coca-Cola, Pepsi’s biggest competitor, sponsored the show.(Photo: Kevin Winter/DCNYRE2012/Getty Images for DCP)
Drake x Jordan - The head owl in charge already had his own OVO gear on the market, but as an avid sports enthusiast, Drizzy was just shy of having his own sneaker line. That is until Kanye West severed ties with Nike and Drizzy signed on with the sneaker giant. At his Portland, Ore., concert in December 2013, Drake told fans, "Today I came to Portland, and I officially became inducted into the Team Jordan family." He later posted a sneak peak of his OVO Jordan brand collection on his Instagram.(Photos from left: Bennett Raglin/BET/Getty Images for BET, Drake via Instagram)Lil Twist x Nikura USA - One of YMCMB’s youngest members, Lil Twist may not have released his debut solo effort yet, but he's already raking in the endorsements. Twist, who is also besties with Justin Bieber, announced in 2013 his collaboration with Nikura USA for his own line of audio accessories "Swag Earphones by Lil Twist." The collection, which retails from $34.99-$99.99, includes both headphones and earbuds available. After his album Bad Decisions drops later this year, Twist may have a few more deals to add to his list.(Photo: Marcel Thomas/FilmMagic)
