Love Triangles

Are Crystal & Rashad modeling themselves after these folks?

Darkanian's Girl? - There was obvious tension between Crystal and new manny, Rashad. It only took time before these two were going goo goo for each other.Only one problem, Crystal's contract with Darkanian clearly states no outside relationships. Will Darkanian find out? Guess we'll have to see in the season finale of Let's Stay Together, Tuesday at 10:30P/9:30C.(Photo: BET)

What a Tangled Web We've Weaved! - Crystal agrees to be the fake girlfriend for Darkanian, a closeted professional football player, in exchange for financial privileges. In the midst of this arrangement Crystal finds herself drawn to Rashad, the new babysitter for Jamal's and Tasha's twins. The two eventually kiss in a moment of revealing passion. Of course, being as how Crystal seems to really like Rashad, this complicates her obligatory relationship with Darkanian. Sure, they're not in a real relationship — but Crystal could lose it all if the public were to see her with someone that isn't Darkanian. Check out who else has been put in this tricky situation. Pacey, Joey and Dawson in Dawson's Creek - Before they were known for their current achievements (Joshua Jackson was in Fringe, Katie Holmes for divorcing Tom Cruise and James Vanderbeek in Don't Trust the B--- in Apt 23), they were all tumultuous teenagers in the sordid WB drama Dawson's Creek. Holmes, who portrayed Joey, would fall in and out of love with both Dawson (Vanderbeek) and Pacey (Jackson) whenever the screenwriters felt it was convenient.    (Photos: Getty Images)

Spike, Buffy and Angel in Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Part of the WB's lineup of drama-filled teen shows, Buffy the Vampire Slayer makes today's soapy vampire drama's look like amateurs as the stakes (pun intended) were high when it came to the main character: she was a vampire slayer in love with two vampires. Earlier in the series her main love interest was the provocative Angel, but later she took a liking for the vicious Spike, making her job all too complicated. Erica, Rich and Tiffany of Love & Hip Hop - To sum it up: Tiffany is the scorned lover trying to win Rich back, so she does so by sleeping with Erica to spy on her for Rich. Erica ends up beating Tiffany up and Rich ends up puzzled. They’re all single. (Photos from left: VH1, John Ricard / BET, WENN.com)

Damon, Elena and Stefan in Vampire Diaries - Seriously, vampires always end up in love triangles. Especially teenage ones. This example is a classic case of one young supernatural woman who just can't seem to choose. (Photo: The CW Network)

Ron Isley (Mr. Biggs), R. Kelly and Chante Moore in "Contagious" - In 2001, Ron Isley made a comeback and recruited none other than R. Kelly and Chante Moore to appear alongside him on this sordid song about discovering your spouse's infidelities. The part where Isley (who is referred to by his alias, Mr. Biggs) discovers his wife cheating ranks as one of the greatest moments in R&B history. Even better, the video and lyrics refer to Ron Isley and R. Kelly's previous collaborations, "Down Low" and "Friend of Mine" (remix). (Photo: SKG Music LLC)

Meredith, Derek and Addison in Grey's Anatomy - Grey's Anatomy is all about doctors engaging in less than conventional relationships. So it came as no surprise Derek had a hard time making up his mind when the re-emergence of his ex-wife, Addison, complicated his relationship with Meredith. (Photo: ABC)

Drew, Derwin and Melanie in The Game - The various make-ups and break-ups between Melanie and Derwin initially started with Derwin's affair with Drew. To be frank, there were several other parties involved but it was convenient to leave it at just these three since they were the catalysts. Life can be hard in professional football. Chris Brown/Karrueche Tran/Rihanna ("LoveHate Thing," Wale feat. Sam Dew) - "Hold me tight, let me go/ Heal my heart, hurt my soul..." It's an ongoing LoveHate thing with this trio, and 2013 was no different.(Photos from left: Allison Joyce/Getty Images, Steve Mack/FilmMagic, FameFlynet, Inc)

Rihanna, Chris Brown and Karruche - Easily one of the most visible, what made this love triangle so unique was how much it filtered out on each of their social media accounts. Followers were watched the off-hand remarks and subtle shots happen on Twitter. Call it Love Triangle 2.0. (Photos from left: Allison Joyce/Getty Images, Steve Mack/FilmMagic, FameFlynet, Inc)

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and Kris Humphries - There's not much to say here other than the verse from the DJ Khaled and Kanye West collaboration "Cold": "And I'll admit, I had fell in love with Kim//Around the same time she had fell in love with him/Well that's cool, baby girl, do ya thang/Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team."
