Halle Preps for Custody Battle - In anticipation of a long, complicated battle for custody, Halle Berry pulled out of a role for upcoming film “New Year’s Eve” to dedicate her time to the court fight with ex Gabriel Aubry over their 2 ½-year-old daughter Nahla. “She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably … but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention,” her rep said. Houston Police Beating Video Released - Footage of a teen burglary suspect being stomped and kicked by Houston police officers as he lay prone on the ground went viral at the end of the week. The video was captured by a security camera in March 2010. The teen, Chad Holley, now 16, was eventually charged with burglary. His family has since filed a federal suit over the incident.
