Opportunity for All - In President Obama's last press conference of 2013, a year in which he was able to achieve just two of the 41 items on his State of the Union wish list, he optimistically declared that 2014 will be a year of action. The agenda he will outline in his 2014 speech is perhaps less ambitious but no less hopeful.
