Class Warfare: When XXL Freshmen Clash

Everyone's fair game in this school of hard knocks.

Freddie Gibbs vs. Wale - The outspoken Gibbs called out both Wale and Big Sean in an interview with Complex, labeling them "f*******g weirdos...You don't know what the f**k they are. I'm a gangsta rapper. That s--t is just like if you had a box in here of s**t you didn't want, it was just miscellaneous s**t, that's where you'd throw them n****s. It's a box of lost and found s**t." Gibbs' swipes at Wale at the time, at least, may have been motivated by their alliances, as Freddie was down with Young Jeezy, who'd long clashed with Wale's Maybach Music Group boss Rick Ross.(Photos: Roger Kisby/Getty Images; John Ricard/BET)
Freddie Gibbs vs. Big Sean - Gibbs later squashed things with Big Sean, telling Gunrule TV, "I don't got no problem with him....we're just in two different lanes."(Photos: Johnny Nunez/WireImage/Getty Images; John Amis/PictureGroup)
Kid Cudi vs. Machine Gun Kelly - Oh, rappers and their words. Cudder called out fellow Clevelander and Freshman alumn MGK for frequently using the word "raging," which he said was his creation. "There's only one original Rager, and that's me," Cudi wrote on his Tumblr. Shortly after the post appeared, Kelly tweeted, "If i was you, i'd hate me too...you jealous muf--ka." Both of these guys need rage management sessions.(Photos: Adrian Sidney/PictureGroup; Frank Micelotta/PictureGroup)
