Rihanna: Balance Out Color - Rihanna was already eye-catching at the Grammys with her newly dyed hair and sexy Armani dress, so her makeup artist, Mylah Morales, opted to give the singer just enough makeup to play up her features. Morales prepped the singer’s skin with La Mer Gel cream before using an Armani foundation. Melanie Fiona: Whip It! - Melanie’s effortless Grammys makeup consisted of dewy foundation, winged eyeliner and a nude lip, but she brought the drama to her beauty look with a ponytail piece. For a ponytail at home: brush your natural hair into a ponytail, then apply heavy setting gel to smooth. Fold a track of extension hair in two to create volume and wrap around your natural hair ponytail, starting with the two open ends of the track on top of your ponytail. After the track is completely wrapped around your hair, secure with bobby pins (remember: glue can damage your hair!). (Photo: Jason Merritt/Getty Images)

Tatyana Ali: Girlie Curls - Tatyana’s springy curls can be achieved with a small curling iron. Start with dry, straight hair. Hold the barrel parallel to your head and wrap small pieces around it. After you complete curling all pieces, use setting spray to create a soft hold and finish with sheen spray to add shine. Keep the curls looking fresh by pin-curling your hair at night. Taraji P. Henson: Bat Your Eyes - The actress showed off an easy Old Hollywood glam look at the Grammys: a classic voluminous up-do, soft lip and false lashes that reached to the sky. For similar wow-factor lashes, try a full set of falsies like MAC #7s ($15). After applying with eyelash adhesive, draw a fine line of eyeliner over the base of the lash and gently swipe your mascara brush at the roots to blend. (Photo: Vince Bucci/PictureGroup)
