Morgan State Professor Convicted of Fraud - Manoj Kumar Jha, the director for the Center for Advanced Transportation and Infrastructure Engineering Research at Morgan State University, was convicted Tuesday of fraud.  According to the ruling, Jha falsely obtained $200,000 in grant funds from the National Science Foundation Small Business Technology Transfer program and attempted to obtain another $500,000 through the same program. Issue Five: Infrastructure - Technology, Wi-Fi, new buildings and updated facilities are what parents and students are looking for when they enter a college campus for the first time. It is expensive to keep these services up-to-date and institutions on a stricter budget will have issues keeping up with maintenance.
