The Knicks are a dreadful 10-43. Melo has remained their top scorer, delivering 24.2 points per game this season. (Photo: Alex...

Blake Griffin to Have Elbow Surgery - Blake Griffin will have surgery to remove a staph infection in his right elbow and will be out at least through the All-Star break, ESPN is reporting. The Los Angeles Clippers' power forward has regularly dealt with bursitis in his right elbow, routinely having it drained. "You could tell when something is infected. You can just look at it," Clippers coach Doc Rivers told ESPN on Sunday, the same day the team was routed 131-108 by the Oklahoma City Thunder without Griffin. James Dolan Tells Upset Knicks Fan to Root for Nets - When a lifelong New York Knicks fan recently wrote an email to team owner James Dolan, telling him that he was embarrassed by his dealings with the Knicks and much more, Dolan shot back a scathing response. "Why would anybody write such a hateful letter. I am just guessing but ill [sic] bet your life is a mess and you are a hateful mess," Dolan wrote to 73-year-old fan, Irving Bierman, an MSG rep confirmed to ESPN. "You most likely have made your family miserable. Alcoholic maybe. I just celebrated my 21 year anniversary of sobriety. You should try it. Maybe it will help you become a person that folks would like to have around. In the mean while start rooting for the Nets because the Knicks dont want you. Respectfully James Dolan."(Photo: Andrew H. Can Chris Paul Lead Clippers to Next Level? - Chris Paul is still arguably the best point guard in the NBA. (No shots to Russell Westbrook). But CP3 has never made it to a Western Conference Finals his entire career. Albeit, it’s a hard destination to make with the defending champion San Antonio Spurs and Oklahoma City Thunder with MVP Kevin Durant holding steady, but something’s got to give. There’s no doubting that Paul leads arguably the most exciting show in the NBA in the Los Angeles Clippers, but getting them above the highlight-reel status and into at least the Conference Finals will be a huge step forward in his career and for his legacy. With this being his 10th season, the time is now. (Photo: Ethan Miller/Getty Images)
