Halle Berry Takes Gabriel Aubrey to Court - Halle Berry took Gabriel Aubrey, her daughter's father, to court after he straightened her hair and gave her highlights, accusing him of trying to make her white, according to reports. Berry, despite being biracial, is open about the fact that she considers herself Black, which is most likely part of why she was so upset. According to a filing obtained by TMZ, Berry is convinced that Aubrey's actions are to make Nahla appear less Black. In the end, a judge ruled that neither Berry nor Aubrey could change Nahla's hair from its natural state. Interesting. Is it just us or was taking Gabriel Aubrey to court for this extreme?
