Parents and Students Caught in PLUS Loan Struggle - The struggle to pay for college keeps getting tougher, especially for students who need it most. The Washington Post reported that students attending HBCUs are most impacted by tougher qualifications for federal PLUS loans, a program available to parents of dependent undergrad or graduate students.
