Uganda Journalists Return to Work - Ugandan police have allowed journalists of the Daily Monitor, a semi-independent publication, to return to their offices after a 10-day siege. A letter alleging an assassination attempt on senior army officers and government officials was leaked to the paper and published on May 7.
