America’s Oldest Veteran Celebrates His 109th Birthday - On Sunday, Richard Overton, a World War II veteran, celebrated his 109th birthday in East Austin, Texas. The celebration was put on by his neighbor with the theme "Mighty Fine at 109" and included family and friends and, of course, burgers, milkshakes and cigars.
