She's Faced Controversy - After being crowned Miss Universe Jamaica last year, critics argued that her lighter complexion wasn’t representative of the Jamaican people. “I’m not really affected by it because I haven’t been focusing on the negative comments,” she told On Stage TV. "I know they’re there, but I haven’t looked at any of them because I am Jamaican and we’re living in a country of one of many people.
