Josh Brent - Drinking and driving could prove fatal in an emergency driving situation.Former Dallas Cowboys star Josh Brent was exceeding the speed limit on Jan. 7 in Irving, Texas, when his car, which had teammate Jerry Brown Jr. in the passenger seat, hit a curb. Brown was killed, and Brent was arrested for intoxicated manslaughter. Brent retired from the NFL in June.
