Funeral Arrangements Being Made for Sandra Bland - Sandra Bland's funeral will be Saturday morning near Chicago. Her body has been transported to Chicago and her family is in the process of planning the arrangements. More Outrage Over Dashcam Video - Outrage is growing after the Waller County, Texas, police released a dashcam video of State trooper Brian Encinia threatening to drag Sandra Bland from her vehicle. "I will light you up!" he told Bland after she refused to leave her vehicle upon his request. The officer reportedly asked Bland to put out her cigarette, but she refused. Trooper Brian Encinia is currently on administrative leave.(Photo: Texas Department of Public Safety via AP)What Happened Off Camera? - At one point in the video, after Bland steps out the car, she is told to go to the side of the road. A confrontation occurs off camera, but the audio can still be heard. Bland complained that the trooper pushed her head into the ground.
