Lil Boosie Pleads Not Guilty - On Monday, rapper Lil Boosie pleaded not guilty to first degree murder charges and counts of conspiracy and possession, reports MTV.com. The Louisiana native was indicted on murder charges June 17 in connection with the shooting death of Terry Boyd, 35, in October. Already serving time for a probation violation, the rapper also pled not guilty to conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution, possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy to commit possession.
Cassidy \r - In January 2006, Philadelphia rapper Cassidy was convicted of involuntary manslaughter. The “I’m a Hustla” rapper served eight months before being released but has since faced more charges of murder.

Makeda Speaks - Makeda Barnes-Joseph, the victim in the Remy Ma shooting, told NYC Hot 97 this week that the rapper shot her over a bag, and the scars she received from the shooting may keep her from having kids.  Remy, who still denies Barnes-Joseph's version of the story, was recently sentenced to eight years in prison.
