Rap Celebrates Mamba Day - Basketball lovers knew this day was coming: Mamba Day, Kobe Bryant's final game. Whether you love or love to hate Kobe, chances are you're going to miss him on the court. Kobe's been a fixture for NBA fans (mainly Lakers fans, but if hate equals love here, then we include everyone) with over 20 years of wearing purple and gold. The Black Mamba has also been referenced in countless rap songs, which is why it was totally appropriate that the hip hop elite casually stop by the Staples Center in Los Angeles to bid adieu to arguably this generation's GOAT. And by "casually stop by," we mean pay thousands of $$. Check out who showed up. — Janice Llamoca (Photo: Harry How/Getty Images)

Kanye, Rap Game Kobe Bryant - Kanye proved his Kobe fanship with a commemorative "Mamba Day" shirt that was inspired by his The Life of Pablo merch designs. The front of the shirt read, "I feel like Kobe," aka like a winner (of at least his last game). (Photo: Noel Vasquez/GC Images)

Hov Is in the Building - Jay Z and music executive Steve Stoute watched in awe as Kobe hit those final threes. Beyoncé probably couldn't make it because she was too busy doing big things like preparing for the launch of her activewear line, Ivy Park. (Photo: Harry How/Getty Images)
