Woman Shot and Killed by Man She Rejected - Mary Spears, 27, of Detroit, was shot in the head and killed by a man whose advances she rejected, WDIV reports. The woman was approached by a man in a hall early Sunday morning. 61-Year-Old Woman Tased by Police Caught on Camera - The family of Viola Young is outraged after a Tallahassee, Fla., police officer tased their grandmother, ABC reports. She was asking officer Terry Mahan about an arrest in her community when he attempted to grab her. She turned away and then he used the Taser. Young is charged with resisting arrest. The incident was caught on camera by neighbors. Mahan has been placed on leave and an investigation has been made into the incident.
