Miss Me - Drake's been linked to Rihanna and Teyana Taylor, but the idea of he and Nicki as a couple sounded preposterous until he planted the idea in our heads on "Miss Me" from his album Thank Me Later. He raps: "I love Nicki Minaj, I told her I'd admit it/I hope one day we get married just to say we f***in' did it/And girl, I'm f***in' serious /I’m with it if you with it.”

Crush on You - Only days after “Miss Me” leaked this past June, Drake recalled the first time he laid eyes on Nicki’s curvy physique. "Me and Nicki have a really playful relationship," Drake told DJ Envy. "When I was on tour ... I saw Nicki for the first time and, like, literally fell in love. She had this snap-back hat on that said 'Minaj.' She used to wear that every single day. She was like a theater student and she was so cold at rapping."

Boy Stop - It turns out Nicki doesn’t believe Drake, no matter how “f***in serious” he may be. The Harajuku Barbie scoffed at the idea of Drake having a crush on her when questioned about his “Miss Me” line. "Drake does not have a crush on me,” she told DJ Envy. “Drake knows how to get you guys' attention.”

I happen to love the song.’" She later downplayed the claim during an interview with Funkmaster Flex on Hot 97.

Nicki vs. Kim - Drake typically doesn't get involved in feuds, but he was quick to come to Nicki's defense when Lil' Kim began throwing darts her way. “I know you be calling women b*****s in sh*t but I can’t say you the baddest b***h,” Drake told Nick onstage in Hartford, CT. “I can’t do that because I respect you, I love you too much and you look too beautiful. So I just wanna say you the baddest woman to do this rap sh*t."
