Yolanda Adams  - The singer defended her fellow gospel singer Erica Campbell when she came under fire for wearing a tight-fitting dress by saying she knows how Erica feels. "I’m tall. I’m thin, but I have hips. A gown my grace me in a place where somebody may find it offensive, but it’s not sexual," she said. "That was not my intent. We can’t walk around with sheets on and mumus. Then, they’ll talk about [that]. You have to take criticism with a grain of salt because you’re never going to please everybody.” (Photo: Jason Merritt/Getty Images)

Meagan Good - The actress had this to say in an interview with Essence, in response to the backlash she received for her sexy BET Awards dress: “The crazy thing is how backwards some of us can be as Christians... Hubby and I are doing all we can to go out into the world with a God-given message in an area that many of us secretly struggle with, and some others have attempted to... reduce it to a wardrobe choice… a choice that is and always will remain between me and God.”(Photo: Allen Berezovsky/WireImage)

Erica Campbell - The gospel singer and devout Christian posted photos to her Instagram page in a tight, turtleneck dress with the caption, "Here's me looking my best," and was surprised by the clap back she got from other Christians: "This is not OK. Yes, you are a beautiful, curvy woman but no ma’am you are singing the gospel of Jesus Christ," one commenter wrote. "We compel men to come through our love for Jesus, but when we wear things that are distracting, the message is somehow lost and it becomes about us and not about Him.”(Photo: Entertainment One Music)

T.D. Jakes - It happens to men, too! The celebrity pastor was criticized when he showed up to church in ripped jeans. He posted the pic of himself looking fly to his Instagram and one commenter said, "Too old to wear jeans with rips and tears" and that as the leader of the church he should "be setting an example for [his] flock." The Pastor replied, ""Scripture please? I certainly comply with the word. I just missed the ones about jeans in the pulpit." (Photo: TD Jakes via Instagram)
