Phaedra Parks, Real Housewives of Atlanta - Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks seemed to take things a bit too far when she admitted during the reunion of the season nine that she made up the rumors about Kandi and Todd attempted to drug and rape Porsha Williams. After the intense exchange among her, Porsha and Kandi, it was reported the following day that the show decided not to ask her to return as the allegations were a little too much to come back from. Tamar Braxton, The Real - It started off as an unconfirmed rumor in May 2016 that Tamar Braxton was fired from the morning talk show The Real, which her husband Vince Herbert executive produces. A day later, the show's reps confirmed the news. Her firing comes on the heels of the singer's cryptic Instagram post about being betrayed by someone she considered a close friend. Soon after it was announced that she was leaving the show, fans noticed she unfollowed all of her The Real co-hosts but one, Tamera Mowry-Housely.(Photo: Matt Winkelmeyer/Getty Images for NATAS)

Cee Lo Green - CeeLo Green saw the cancellation of his reality show and got dropped from two concerts following outrageous comments the singer made about rape. After he was given a lenient sentence of probation for pleading no contest to charges he assaulted a woman after slipping her ecstacy, Green couldn't leave well enough alone. He defended himself in the court of public opinion via Twitter, alleging that rape didn't happen unless the victim was conscious to witness it. (Photo: David Buchan/Getty Images)

Ray Rice - The Baltimore Ravens running back was dropped from the team and suspended indefinitely from the NFL after a surveillance video of him knocking his fianceé out cold in an elevator leaked to the public. Many are outraged it took the public release of the shocking clip to rouse the NFL to action, especially after Janay Rice, his now wife, apologized for the "role she played" — it's clear Janay did nothing wrong. Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj, Randy Jackson and American Idol - The drama behind-the-scenes of American Idol turned out to be more interesting than the show itself, which may be precisely why the network was rumored to have fired all of the judges except Keith Urban. Not one to be dumped, Randy Jackson made it clear to the press that he quit the show, not the other way around. He was, however, axed by his friend and co-host Carey, who also gave him the pink slip as her manager. (Photo: FOX via Getty Images)

Paula Abdul, The X Factor - After Simon Cowell gave her a second chance to sit in a judges chair following her firing from American Idol, Abdul got the heave-ho once again for being "too soft" for the bloodthirsty show, which not only pits contestants against each other, but their mentors too. Sources say she was "blindsided" by the dismissal. (Photo: Jon Kopaloff/FilmMagic)

Star Jones, The View - When she dropped the bomb on national TV that she was leaving The View, it was the first shot in a long, public battle between Star Jones and her boss, Barbara Walters. After lots of media speculation about whether Jones quit or was let go, she finally put the rumors to rest when she told People unequivocally, "I was fired." (Photo: CJ Rivera/Getty Images)

Terrence Howard, Iron Man 2 - Alleged "bad behavior" on set was just one of the straws that broke the camel's back for Howard. His outrageous pay demands and reports that director Jon Favreau was unhappy with his performance are what ultimately got the Hustle & Flow star kicked off the franchise and replaced by Don Cheadle. Howard said, "Worst thing I witnessed was Iron Man killing my career," he laughed. He quickly added, "They tried to!" (Photo: Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic)

Lisa Bonet, The Cosby Show and A Different World - Bonet has been let go twice by Bill Cosby, first from The Cosby Show for "creative differences" (a nude photo shoot could be to blame) and later from A Different World, when she became pregnant with daughter Zoe Kravitz. She has also been mysteriously absent from every Cosby Show reunion.(Photo: David Livingston/Getty Images)

Paulina Porizkova, America's Next Top Model - Show creator Tyra Banks' lips are sealed over the axing of her model pal Paulina Porizkova from ANTM, but Paulina didn't mince her words. Lamar Odom, Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks - After a bungled trade from the Lakers, Odom nearly got himself kicked off of the Mavericks after just two months with the team. Odom was sent to the D-League to "get his legs back under him" before he was quickly recalled to the starting lineup just days later. Odom eked out a couple more good seasons in the NBA before rumored drug and personal problems sent him packing for good. (Photo: Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic)

Damon Wayans, Saturday Night Live - Some guys just can't play it straight. Wayans' SNL career came to an abrupt halt in 1986 after just one season when he decided to play his character, a police officer, as flamboyantly gay. Gotta hand it to him…that's how you go out with a bang. (Photo: Steve Granitz/WireImage)

Stacey Dash, Single Ladies - If rumors are to be believed, the claws were out on the set of Single Ladies. Sources say Dash was fired from the popular series because she “feuded with the cast, canceled promos and caused entirely too much drama.” Too bad SL wasn't a reality show, or that kind of behavior might have gotten her a raise. Antoine Fuqua, American Gangster - Training Day director Antoine Fuqua was allegedly kicked off American Gangster, starring Denzel Washington, for reportedly letting costs spiral out of control and refusing to compromise with the studio. The film was later made with Ridley Scott at the helm. (Photo: Gennadiy Avramenko/ Epsilon/Getty Images)
