The Crews - Terry Crews’ family warmed our hearts in the first season of BET’s “The Family Crews” with their relatable triumphs and mishaps. They’re back for a second season with a new move in store, and the ups and downs that endeared small-screen audiences to them from the very beginning.

The Simmons - Rev. Run’s past with Run D.M.C may have been what reeled us into MTV’s “Run’s House,” but what made us stay was the funny antics and family value that are obviously so important to the Simmons. Audiences found Run’s children so interesting that Angela and Vanessa Simmons had their own reality show spin-off in “Daddy’s Girls.”

The Norwoods - We’ve seen Grammy Award-winning R&B superstar Brandy belt it out many times on national TV, but getting a glimpse into the lives of Ray J and her family gave was a special treat. VH1’s “Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business” let us see how “momanger” Sonja Bates-Norwood is in the business of keeping her family together, and furthering her kids careers.

Fantasia Barrino's Family - Audiences around America shed a tear when Grammy Award-winning singer Fantasia Barrino won American Idol season 3. VH1’s “Fantasia for Real” gave us a look into her family background, and where she drew the strength to succeed from.

The Broadus' - We had to see how rapper Snoop D-O double G and his wife Shante Broadus run their family, and from the looks of his E! reality show, “Snoop Dogg’s Father Hood,” it’s a tight operation. Daughter Cori and sons Corde and Cordell seem like they’ll grow up to be as talented as their father, even with limelight.

The Iveys - Who knew Coolio was into the culinary arts? We got to see Mr. Ivey balance food and family on Oxygen’s “Coolio’s Rules.” The rapper kept us entertained trying to manage time with his four teenagers, and two other kids while starting a new catering business.

The Braxtons - Wouldn’t you just love to be a part of the Braxton family’s gene pool? These beautiful women are set to star in their own reality show on Bravo, “The Braxton Family Values.” We’re crossing our fingers to see if the sisters reunite the singing trio, “The Braxtons” in response to their coming reality show success.

The Jacksons - In the wake of their brother, Michael Jackson’s death, the remaining Jackson brothers decided to give audiences a rare glimpse into their family life. A.E.’s “The Jackson Family Dynasty” took us through the brothers’ process to reunite the Jackson 5 in honor of the late King of Pop.

The Burrells - In A.E.’s “Hammertime,” we see that rapper M.C. Hammer’s palazzo pants are only his second favorite possession. His most valued prize is his family. The show follows his life as he balances family and his career.
