He Wins Again! - R. Kelly won a $3.4 million suit against his former tour promoter, and he’s asking a judge to help him collect his paper.  At issue is payment for shows that were scheduled for late last year and early this year. Kelly filed court papers asking for confirmation of the award that was ordered to be paid by Rowe Entertainment last month.

Facebook Shuts Down Poll - The United States Secret Service continues its investigation of a poll created on Facebook that asked whether President Barack Obama should be assassinated. The poll was created Sunday, but brought to the attention of federal agents and Facebook officials Monday.  The poll asked if Obama should be killed, and the choices were: 1) Yes 2) Maybe 3) If he cuts my health care and 4) No.  Facebook spokesman Barry Schnitt said in an email to BET.com that a third-party developer is to blame.

Easing Haiti’s Pain - Wyclef Jean is doing his part to help ease the food crisis in his native land. The rapper is teaming up with a pair of development organizations to provide aid to Haiti, the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere.
