10 Hip Hop Personalities That Are Right for The X Factor - Talent-search-show don Simon Cowell is on the hunt for new judges after Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger were sacked from NBC's popular The X Factor in January. Janet Jackson, Leann Rimes and Britney Spears are among those rumored to be candidates to join the remaining two judges on the show, music mogul L.A. Reid and Cowell himself.
