Favorite Energy-Boosting Snack: - “My favorite healthy on-the-go-snack is actually a drink. It’s dehydrated vegetables called Macro Greens. It’s the equivalent of five or six servings of green vegetables. All you have to do is add water and shake it up. This is a healthier way of boosting your energy instead of doing energy drinks or coffee.” (Photos from left: Jeanette Jenkins via Instagram, MacroLife Naturals)

“No Excuses” Rule for Working Out: - “It can take 30 minutes to drive to and back home from the gym, whereas you can just press play on one of my workouts right on your phone or your computer and get it done in the comfort of your own home. The newest DVD I did with Kelly [Rowland] is divided into five-minute different chapters, so if you only have 15 minutes, pick three chapters!” (Photo: The Hollywood Trainer)

On Staying Consistent With Workouts: - “The stronger you are the healthier you are and the less risk you have for developing many illnesses. You need to schedule at least 30 minutes to an hour each day to workout for yourself. Write out your daily or weekly schedule and schedule those workouts in.” (Photo: Jeanette Jenkins via Instagram)
