Delaware State Students Arrested After Casino Brawl - Delaware State University is currently investigating a 200-person March 20 fight, which resulted in the arrest of three DSU students from New York, according to DSU spokesman Carlos Holmes. The brawl went down at the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino parking lot. Howard University Receives More Than $8 Million in Gifts - Howard University held a Charter Day Dinner in honor of its 147th birthday. The star-studded event featuring Phylicia Rashad and others raked in $8.9 million in private donations.
