Wyclef Jean isn't the only celebrity waving the Haitian flag. One year after Haiti's tragic earthquake | BET.com takes a look at some of the Haitian celebrities who proudly rep their heritage and helped their country in a time of need.

Harve Pierre - Harve has been down with Diddy’s Bad Boy Records since the label’s early days in 1993. Though he mostly sticks to business, he’s appeared on a few hooks under the moniker Joe Hooker, and has written a few songs.
Maxwell - Gerald Maxwell Rivera is half Puerto Rican and half Haitian. The singer, whose mother was raised in Haiti, took part in relief efforts following the January earthquake.
Garcelle Beauvais - This Saint-Marc, Haiti-born beauty began her career as a model before making the jump to acting. She’s famous for starring roles on “NYPD Blue” and “The Jamie Foxx Show.”
Shakim Compere - If you see Queen Latifah shouting, “Sak Pasé,” it’s probably because her longtime business partner, Shakim Compere, is of Haitian descent. The two first made waves together via Flavor Unit, a company that managed OutKast, Naughty By Nature, Monica and SWV in the ‘90s. These days, Compere produces movies with Latifah. “Just Wright” and “The Perfect Holiday” are just a few of the titles on his resume.Jimmy Rosemond - Rosemond has repped clients like Shyne, Brandy, The Game and Mike Tyson via his Czar Entertainment.
