Cowboys Won't Rule on Spillman Unless Charged or Arrested - On Thursday, news broke about Dallas Cowboys safety C.J. Spillman being investigated in connection with an alleged sexual assault at the team’s hotel last month. Later that same day, Cowboys coach Jason Garrett told ESPN that Spillman’s roster status will not change unless he is charged or arrested in connection with the ongoing sexual assault investigation, stemming from the alleged September 20 incident at a Grapevine, Texas, hotel.
