Warren Ballentine
Warren Ballentine has galvanized millions of people to not just complain, but to take action to solve problems. His radio program, “The Warren Ballentine Show,” is syndicated in over 25 markets, and is one of the highest-rated urban talk shows in the nation. The show engages listeners while discussing, analyzing and dissecting ideas and issues that impact the nation.
Affectionately referred to as “The People’s Attorney,” Ballentine championed and led the call for action for the Jena 6 and called for the National Economic Blackout and National Community Reinvestment Day. Covering both the national Democratic and Republican conventions, as well as the National Black Caucus, Ballentine’s show is a highly sought-after platform for political figures and key influencers including President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Al Sharpton, to name a few. Additionally, he is a recurring guest and correspondent for CNN and FOX Business News.
Born and raised on Chicago's South Side, Ballentine is a graduate of the Ohio Northern School of Law, and served as a prosecutor and a Guardian ad litem before going into private practice. Ballentine is currently an accredited motivational speaker and has collaborated with Judge Glenda Hatchett on “My Rule of Law,” aimed at increasing awareness of family issues of child support, custody and visitation. He is also the author of “The Truth About Black And White: a Parental Guide to Money and Race Relations in the 21st Century.”
